Refunds We aim to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions. If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, or are not to the Coffee Corner standard you would expect, you should speak to the store staff immediately to discuss your order. The store may choose to prepare a new order or refund you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. If purchases are cancelled by us for any reason prior to dispatch/collection, you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases. Your rights to cancel orders: For all Kiosk or collect in-store orders, you can cancel your order up to the point that our staff start working on them. For some orders that is immediately as the order was placed. For scheduled orders, that is a certain amount of time before the collection time. For that reason, we cannot offer refunds and cancellations for all orders. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the relevant store where you are collecting the Goods to see if this is possible. Non-Collection of Orders If your order is not collected within 10 minutes of the specified collection time, it will be disposed of and you will not receive a refund.
